Thank you for entrusting us to assist you with adding a new furry family member to your Pack. It’s an exciting time and we are here to assist you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on our integrity as well as being transparent and professional. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable, confident and informed through the whole process. After reviewing our Health Warranty, Purchase Agreement and Spay/Neuter Contract, please contact us to request an application be emailed to you.

We appreciate you taking the time to fill out our “Get to know you.” application. This information helps us to assist you in finding the best fit for your family. Submitting this form is not binding in any way to either party involved. It also does not guarantee you a place on our reservation list. The information you provide is solely used to help us find the puppy that is the best fit for you and to make sure we are a good fit for your family’s needs.

Once your application is submitted, we typically respond within 24 hours by email, text or messenger. If you have not received a response within that time, please check your spam folder. We occasionally have issues with our email responses not getting through. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through messenger or directly by email; packriverpoodlesanddoodles@yahoo.com to check in. Once your application has been approved, you’ll be given 24 hours to submit your $500 reservation fee through Venmo, Cashapp or ApplePay to secure your pick spot or puppy of your choice. If your reservation fee is not received in that time frame, we cannot continue to hold a pick spot or puppy for you.
